The National Institute of Japanese Literature (NIJL) is currently undertaking the Model Building in Humanities through Data-Driven Problem Solving (NIJL DDH Project). The project seeks to strengthen data infrastructure for Japanese studies by expanding digital resources and fostering collaboration among institutions in Japan and abroad.
At our exhibition booth and short presentation, we will introduce the Union Catalogue Database of Japanese Texts, a major online resource developed and maintained by NIJL, as well as recent activities under the NIJL DDH Project.
We warmly invite you to visit our booth and learn more about the database and the NIJL DDH Project. We also welcome inquiries about sharing information on your collections, as well as cataloging and digitization challenges at your institution.

    ・Collaboration with libraries, archives, museums, and research institutions in Japan and abroad
    ・Aggregation and dissemination of bibliographic, image, and related research data
    ・Development of data infrastructure supporting the discovery and use of Japanese textual and cultural resources
    ・10-year project (2024–2033)

国文学研究資料館（国文研）は、文部科学省の大規模学術フロンティア促進事業「データ駆動による課題解決型人文学の創成-データ基盤の構築・活用による次世代型人文学研究の開拓（国文研DDHプロジェクト）」を実施し、研究基盤となるデータのさらなる拡充等を目指しています。
今回の出展・ショートプレゼンテーションでは、国文研で収集・作成した古典籍・近代資料のデータを公開する「国書データベース」や、国文研DDHプロジェクトにおける取組みについてご紹介いたします。
